It's a Halloween costume that can only be summed up in one word: Excellent!
On Tuesday night, a picture of former Miss Delaware Kate Banaszak with her dog Kellan dressed as Wayne and Garth from Wayne's World was posted to Reddit.
Kellan, an enormous Irish wolf hound, wears Garth's classic thick-rimmed black glasses, Aerosmith shirt, denim jacket and, of course, rocks wild blonde hair.
